Kristapp for Retreats is operated by Eloit Innovations Private Limited, Kochi, for the retreat centres that use it.

What we keep

Your mobile number, which you use to sign in, and the profile you choose to save so your forms fill in faster.

What each centre keeps

When you register with a centre, the form you submit (including any health details you give) goes to that centre only. Centres cannot see your registrations with other centres.

What Eloit sees

Eloit runs the platform and can see which centres you booked with and the status of those bookings, to support you and the centres. Eloit does not view the health details on your forms.

Your choices

You can ask a centre, or Eloit, to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
